Remember, you are required to care each one in your downline, but you can also support others outside the company then the likelihood is that they trust and respect. Therefore there is a high probability that you will contact if they feel unsupported in their current business and the desire to build a new computer with a different company. Therefore the result of taking the time to train others may actually improve their ability to sponsor new distributors indirectly.
Now you should be able see the fund focus on developing an automated system of training instead of focusing on sponsoring distributors, so consider change their focus today to increase productivity in the future.
