Network Marketing Japan

It Certification Microsoft (MCSA / MCSE) enough to compete in the U.S. market Information Technology Work?
I worked as administrator of the computer network from Novell for 12 years until 1998 when he moved to Japan to become an assistant professor of English. I considering taking steps to go through the certification process for Microsoft again in the IT job market in the U.S. Can people with degrees in computer science, together with current certification from Microsoft (MCSA / MCSE) still compete with those emerging from universities in India? I read recently that is increasingly difficult for holders of visas non-L1/L1B finding work. If so, what kind of careers are new visa holder non-L1/L1B workers IT work moves on to? I very much appreciate any information or advice!
Honestly, I do not help unless you are competing for a specific job with a high profile company. Your best bet is to return to work, albeit a little lower on the totem pole than they were, just so you can start put things in their curriculum. These recruiters are only concerned with now are working and have work experience. Once you get into a company that they can be charged for certification.
